Mortar Board's Eta Chapter is the Senior Honor Society at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our members are excited to serve the campus and the Pittsburgh community!
Mortar Board is the premier national honor society recognizing college seniors for superior achievement in scholarship, leadership, and service. Membership is synonymous with dedication and success. Only a select few students on each campus are invited to join this esteemed society – an honor that places them among the most amazing college scholar-leaders in the United States.
Mortar Board members are not only recognized as the top scholars and leaders on their campuses, but are selected based on dedication to scholarship, leadership, and service to the campus and the Pittsburgh community.
Mortar Board helped the CMU Children's School hold their 50th birthday party by planning and leading fun games and activities for the students and families. This year's graduating seniors and next year's leaders worked together to make the day special. Thanks to everyone who volunteered!
Congratulations to our new Executive Board!
